I-Trak™ is a proven and integrated software system that supports
the collection, management, and reporting of large amounts
of data records over a secure web portal. I-Trak™ is used
in Texas under the name of TCLEDDS by the Texas Commission
on Law Enforcement Standards and Education (TCLEOSE) to satisfy
the State's legislative requirements for managing law enforcement
records and compliances for more than 60,000 licensed officers
representing more than 3,000 agencies and 300 approved training
academies.
I-TRAK™ (TCLEDDS in Texas) enables authorized users to enter
or upload data, including an employee's employment status,
education and certifications, training histories and much
more. This efficient web-based application reduces paper usage
and telephone inquiries, eliminates mailing delays and expenses,
avoids time intensive and manual processes, increases efficiency,
and decreases costly errors.
Reporting, certification, and compliance groups such as law
enforcement, firefighters, insurance, nursing, and medical
can take advantage of the immediate efficiencies of I-Trak™
through the Internet/Intranet, to ease paper and fax usage,
reduce travel and time delays, and prevent mailing expenditures.
Authorized users are able to electronically report, update,
review data files, and download selected data around the clock,
seven days a week.
