The Incident Grid will appear. In this grid you may search for any existing incidents by any of the fields shown above.
To search for an incident:
l In the first search dropdown menu select Number.
l In the second dropdown menu select 'Starts With'.
l In the text field type '897512'.
l Select the Filter  button
